-Please double check and input your correct address when checking out. If your order has been shipped to the wrong address, we cannot retrieve it once it's in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your order has been returned to us due to providing an incorrect address, buyer is responsible for purchasing shipping to resend the order to the corrected address. If your order is returned to us by the post office, we will contact you so that you may purchase the shipping fee to resend your order to your corrected address.
-We are not responsible for lost mail and or incorrect delivery. If you are having this issue please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. NOT US. We unfortunately won't be able to help you. We do not issue refunds for lost mail.
-Shipping time depends on the type of shipping you chose at checkout. We ship orders 3-5 business days after production, not 3-5 business days after the order is placed.
